1. Acceptance
By using paragoan.fun, the Discord community, or the stream chat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The site
The site is provided as is, for free, for entertainment and information. Stream schedules are approximate: times can shift, and streams can be cancelled. Treat the schedule as a plan, not a promise.
3. The subscriber tracker
The tracker is a free tool that stores data locally in your browser. You are responsible for your own data, your PIN, and keeping regular exports as backups. We cannot recover data stored only in your browser.
4. Community conduct
In the Discord server and stream chat, be decent. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal content. Moderators may remove content or ban users at their discretion, and Discord's own terms also apply.
5. Intellectual property
The site's design, logo, and text belong to Paragoan. Stream content and clips belong to their respective creators. Feel free to share links; do not repost content as your own or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
6. External links
The site links to YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Instagram, and other services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, community, or tracker.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of India.
